Thanks again! It worked out that craig was able to come home. We would have had our hands full installing 2 carseats and twin 16 month olds for the test drive. I actually haven't seen it yet, believe it or not. Hopefully craig can get the plates today. It's too cold to go out walking with the babies...which is precisely why we needed the car;)
